Guided Meditation Course for Rest & Clarity
You will be taught three very different types of meditation to empower you instantly in the art of meditation! I have taught meditation to 100’s of people from all walks of life, and not once have I failed in guiding someone into a meditative state! This course is a summary of three of the most effective & easy to use & loved styles. You will first hear a description on why it works and bow to approach it - then you will have access to a guided version of each style of meditation to use every day and any day you feel you wish to use it for your mental harmony, balance and ability to be focused yet relaxed (your most effective state)
Remember: Meditation doesn’t need to be complicated, rigid, or intimidating.
This guided meditation course is designed to help you access calm, clarity, and restorative states in a way that honours your individuality — using simple, evidence-informed practices that meet you where you are.
What this course is about
In this course, Sabine gently guides you through the foundations of meditation, breath, attention (focus) and visualisation, the three pillars of meditation — helping you reconnect with your innate capacity to regulate your nervous system, settle your mind, and access restorative states with ease.
How to breathe is important and you will be guided on developing this or taking your current practise deeper. How to be present is another aspect - being in the moment. Posture and what you focus on with your gaze and your thinking is also covered herein for you.
Rather than asking you to “do meditation the right way,” this course supports your way — making meditation feel natural, accessible, and sustainable. You get to discover and then choose what you find enjoyable as a meditative practise.
What you’ll learn & experience
Across the guided practices, you’ll explore:
Why breathing is foundational to relaxation, clarity, and meditative states
How to use attention and inner focus to expand awareness and presence
Simple ways to access meditation without effort, force, or pressure
How to shift internal state using memory, focus, and gentle visual recall
Why meditation can be easy, joyful, and deeply supportive — for you
Each practice builds confidence and trust in your own capacity to meditate.
